What this tool does

Amazon’s combined export gives you one PDF where every shipping label is stapled to a tax invoice, sized for A4. A thermal printer wants just the label, at label size. Printing the raw export means wasted paper, wasted ink, and manually skipping every second page.

This tool takes that PDF and gives you back a print-ready one:

  • Invoice pages dropped. Only the shipping labels survive, one per page.
  • Cropped to the label. Each page is trimmed to the label itself, so it prints at the right size on a 4×6 thermal roll.
  • Grouped by SKU. Labels for the same SKU come out together, across every file you upload — so you pick one product at a time instead of walking the shelves for every order.
  • SKU and quantity stamped on. Optional, printed at the bottom of each label, so the packer can see what goes in without opening a second screen.
  • Pick list at the end. Optional summary page broken down by quantity, for counting stock before you start.

How to crop an Amazon shipping label

  1. Download the combined label and invoice PDF from Seller Central.
  2. Drop it above — or several at once, if you are batching a day of orders.
  3. Choose whether to stamp the SKU and add a pick list.
  4. Download the cropped PDF and send it to your thermal printer.

Does my file get uploaded anywhere?

No. The cropping runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript — the PDF is read from your own machine, processed in memory, and handed back as a download. It is never sent to a server, so there is nothing to store and nothing to leak. That also means it works on a slow connection, and the file size limit is your device’s memory rather than an upload cap.

Why group labels by SKU?

Packing order is where most of the time goes. If labels come out in the order Amazon generated them, you walk to a different shelf for every parcel. Grouped by SKU, you pull one product once, pack every order for it, and move on — which on a few dozen orders is usually the difference between an hour and twenty minutes.
